The Residential Housing Program is a “Breaking the Cycle of Homelessness” initiative for men who are at least 19 years of age and have a history of homelessness. This program is designed for individuals who are able to identify and complete realistic goals that will assist them to secure housing and become self-sufficient.
The key component of the program is a resident’s plan of action which is called a Personal Development Plan (PDP). Once an applicant has been approved for the program, a Caseworker will meet with him to assist in establishing realistic personal goals. An applicant cannot enter the program without a PDP plan. A PDP will include participating in programs on-site and off, designed for personal development and acquiring skills.
As this is a Program Housing Facility, it is not for individuals who are simply looking for low income accommodations.
